These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Safari Travels (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.

1. Visa Services

1.1 Safari Travels provides visa assistance solely for tourism purposes.
1.2 Visa applications are processed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the respective embassy or consulate. Approval or rejection of visas is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority, and Safari Travels has no influence over the outcome.
1.3 All visa service charges and related fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, delayed, or rejected.
1.4 Safari Travels provides only genuine and original documentation as required for visa applications. We do not issue or support dummy bookings, falsified documents, or any unlawful materials.

1.5 Schengen Visa Appointments
   •    For Schengen visa applications, Safari Travels requires up to 10 working days to secure an appointment.
   •    In the event that no appointment is available within this period, the service fee paid for the appointment will be fully refundable.
   •    Once an appointment is secured, all fees thereafter remain non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

2. Tour Packages

2.1 To confirm a booking for any tour package, the Client is required to make an advance payment.
2.2 All advance payments are non-refundable, irrespective of circumstances such as cancellation, changes in travel plans, or denial of visa.
2.3 Prices for tour packages may be subject to revision due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to fluctuations in airline fares, changes in hotel rates, or seasonal variations.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

3.1 All payments made to Safari Travels are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific case outlined under Clause 1.5 regarding Schengen visa appointments.
3.2 In the event of visa rejection, cancellation, or delay by an embassy, consulate, airline, or hotel, Safari Travels shall not be liable for any refund.
3.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time to avoid delays or cancellations of services.

4. Service Timelines

4.1 Safari Travels strives to respond to all inquiries and service requests within 24 hours during regular business days.
4.2 Processing times for visas and tour packages depend on third-party service providers and may vary. Safari Travels shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation when engaging Safari Travels’ services.
5.2 Any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of information may result in the rejection of a visa application or cancellation of services. Safari Travels shall not be held responsible in such cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Safari Travels acts solely as a facilitator between the Client and third-party service providers, including but not limited to embassies, consulates, airlines, and hotels.
6.2 Safari Travels shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, rejection, accident, or other event that is outside its reasonable control.
6.3 Under no circumstances shall Safari Travels be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

7.1 Safari Travels is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2 We collect and process personal information (such as passport details, identification documents, contact information, and payment details) solely for the purpose of providing travel and visa-related services.
7.3 Your data will only be shared with relevant third parties (e.g., embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels) as required to complete your booking or visa application.
7.4 Safari Travels does not sell, rent, or misuse client data for marketing purposes without consent.
7.5 We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
